  • Please note that room availability and rates are dynamic and subject to change. If your non-guaranteed reservation is released due to non-payment (typically after 24 hours), we cannot guarantee the same room or rate type will be available for rebooking.
  • Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund (after deducting any applicable transaction fees).
  • For cancellations made between 7 days and 72 hours before check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
  • Any cancellation made within 72 hours of check-in or failure to arrive (No Show) will result in 100% of the booking amount being charged with no refund applicable.
  • Modification requests are subject to availability and revised rates, and if not possible, the original cancellation terms will apply.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies, the management reserves the right to offer alternative dates, credits, or refunds at its discretion.
